Harold Kinet leads the strategic vision, business development, and go-to-market of the Paycifi project.

A pioneer of blockchain in Belgium, Harold is a recognized Web3 specialist operating at the crossroads of communication strategy, business development, and complex tech project management. He is the CEO and co-founder of BE Blockchain, and co-initiator of WalChain, a regional network that unites blockchain actors across Wallonia.

He holds a degree in Public Relations from UCLouvain and began his career on the international stage, first as a journalist specialized in defense and security, then as a marketing manager in the theme park industry. His Web3 journey started in 2017 as a small investor and quickly evolved when he joined the French startup Daneel.io as Head of Communications. The company raised $2 million in an ICO and was later incubated at Station F as part of Chain Accelerator to scale their AI assistant for crypto investors.

Harold has reinforced his expertise with executive training in “Blockchain Business Strategy” from the University of Oxford and in Metaverse & NFTs through the University of Nicosia, a global academic leader in the Web3 field.

At BE Blockchain, he oversees strategic direction, business development, institutional relations, and public representation. He advises companies, institutions, and policymakers on blockchain adoption, and leads the structuring of high-impact projects for the European market. He is now fully focused on Paycifi.

As a regular speaker at global conferences (CES Las Vegas, GITEX Dubai, MWC Barcelona, ParisDotCom…) and a frequent guest on Belgian media (LN24), Harold, through BE Blockchain, is also listed as a trusted expert by the Walloon government through the DigitalWallonia4Trust (DW4T) program.

His approach: demystify blockchain and turn it into a concrete lever for competitiveness, transparency, and sustainable growth.
